I have been an active member of the Los Angeles session singer community for over 25 years. In addition, I am a songwriter. It has been my great privilege to work with many of the very finest performers, composers and producers in the music business today. I understand the unique journey that comprises the artist’s way. My educational study of music therapy has enhanced my ability to coach individuals through the creative process. Together we'll discover unique ways to honor and express your unique talent, in addition to creating greater balance and fulfillment in your overall life experience.
Coaching Women in Transition
Marriage, divorce, career development, parenting, change of residence, financial loss, illness, death of a loved one…Life is not a stagnant experience! Transitions arrive; some expectantly welcomed, and others not. As a female, I understand the unique societal and emotional influences that complicate the paths we choose throughout our lives. We wear many hats, and desire to serve in many capacities. Oftentimes we experience overwhelm as a bi product of our inability to create balance in our multifaceted lives. We find ourselves in new territory every time a new transition arrives. Finding the support we need, in order to maneuver through these life episodes successfully, is vital.

My personal spiritual development over the past several years has clarified for me the importance of nurturing the soul. It has been my pleasure to explore a multitude of spirit filled practices, and I am eternally grateful for the gems of wisdom that I have received within each of these perspectives. My commitment to personal growth, coupled with my background in the study of psychology, has enhanced my fascination of the psyche of humankind.
